P4 and P4/5 have been learning about the water cycle. Today they shared their learning at assembly by performing a song they have written.
P5/6 are busy making bird boxes for our Wildlife Area in the school grounds.
It was fantastic to have the Theatre in Schools production company in, which learned us lessons in the differences in everyone, and how we shouldn’t judge anyone.

P6 have been working closely with the nursery pupils this term in preparation to be their P7 buddies.
Mrs Yorston spent time with some of our senior classes discussing the Pupil Equity Fund and how to spend it. The children had some fantastic ideas.
P5s and P6s thoroughly enjoyed their day at the European Netball taster day at Aberdeen Sports Village today. We even got to watch a live match between Ireland and Gibraltar.
The P6s are meeting up with their new buddies this term to help them feel ready for joining P1 at Quarryhill after summer.
