This has been a very busy week for P4/5!
We have continued to apply our research and note-taking skills to find out about Vikings and how they lived. We were put into cooperative groups and given a special task to design a display that will be very informative of the things we have been learning. Our social skill is that of using kind and helpful language to help us get our task completed.
The tuckshop continues to be popular and P4/5 are thoroughly enjoying promoting and selling the fruit!
In Language, the children have been developing their news report writing skills and are currently drafting their news reports onto the computer. Watch this space for a display of some of our favourites…
In Maths, we have been learning about the decimal point and tenths and hundredths. We have also been practising our problem-solving skills using various charts.
